Our way of teaching

A pedagogy that listens before it teaches

We draw on the Reggio Emilia approach: an education that starts from each learner's real curiosity, not a lesson already decided. Here's what that means in our classrooms.

The learner as protagonist

Every learner builds their own knowledge -- they're not a vessel to fill, but someone who asks, tries, and discovers at their own pace.

The environment as a third teacher

Spaces are designed to invite exploration -- light, materials within reach, corners that change with each group's projects.

Educators as co-researchers

We guide without imposing answers -- we observe, document, and ask questions alongside each learner, not in their place.

Community: family, school, and place

Learning doesn't happen only within four walls -- families and the community are active participants in the process, not spectators.

Our Team

We have a team focused on providing quality care and well-being that develops and brings out the talents of each learner.

Leadership

They look after the horizon for all four campuses, so every decision keeps the learner at the center.

Teachers

They listen to each learner's hundred languages and guide their learning without imposing answers.

Administrative Secretaries & Assistance

The quiet machinery that keeps each campus running, so learning never stops.

Administrative Support and General Services Staff

They look after every space in the school so learning happens somewhere clean, safe, and beautiful.

Privacy Policy

What information we would collect

Basic contact information for families and students (name, campus, contact method) to coordinate communication between the school and home -- nothing more than what's needed for that.

How we would use it

Only for pedagogical tracking and school communication -- never for advertising or sharing with third parties outside the school.

Who we would share it with

With no one outside the school's own team without the family's explicit consent, except where required by law.

Terms of Use

Acceptable use

This platform would be for families, students, and school staff -- intended for school tracking, not other purposes.

Accounts and access

Each account would be personal and non-transferable. The real accounts system doesn't exist yet (see this site's own login, which uses a test account).

Changes to these terms

If these terms changed, families would be notified in advance before they took effect.
